***Please note all Child Health Clinics are closed until further notice***
Welcome to the local offer’s information on Health services for children and young people. There are a number of Health Services designed specifically to support children and young people. If you are worried about the health and wellbeing of your child, you can speak to your early years setting, children’s centre staff, school staff, health visitor or school nurse or you can call us directly.
If they are unable to help your child themselves , they can make a referral to more specialist health services, such as Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry.
Each school has a named therapist so if you are concerned about your child the teacher can always ask advice from them, or you can call us to discuss your concerns. The following pages include links to information about child development and when to refer and ideas to help your child’s development.
