Elective Home Education (EHE)

Stockport Council has an Elective Home Education Coordinator who can provide advice to parents who are electively home educating their children or who are considering it.

The EHE Coordinator also carries out the local authority’s statutory functions in terms of monitoring and assessing the suitability of education provided be electively home educating parents.
