- £14.10 per hour activity. Mileage charged at 45p per mile. Overnight rates are a block rate (between the hours of 10pm-7am) sleeping nights £95, waking nights £120.

Referrals can come via Social services or as a self-referral. The process is to ring the office where the referral is made over the telephone. An appointment is made to do assessment with the care manager, where details of the support is discussed. A care plan is produced and a carer support worker is introduced to the family for the service to begin.
