Little Flyers Ltd

Little Flyers Ltd is a before and after school club that serves the children and parents who attend Etchells primary school in Heald Green.

All the staff are enthusiastic, happy, warm and qualified and are happy to help in anyway.  Our main priority is that the children are safe and happy in their environment. The staff's training and CPD file are regularly updated, along with supervision.

An offer of cereal and toast is given at the before school with a drink. Quite activities can be enjoyed in the mornings which are mindful colouring, board games, reading, or enjoying the many toys that are on offer. At the end of the session the children collect their belongings and we take them to the classroom.

At the after school club we collect the children from their teachers and they come into the club classroom where the register is taken and a light snack is offered. The snack can be fruit, vegetables, toast, crackers, crumpets etc. Then we all go outside to play on the trim trail or the football court. Different outdoor activities will be taken out, these are bats and balls, skipping ropes, large skittles, cricket ect. When the children come in different activities are planned like baking, icing biscuits, arts and crafts and the different toys that are on offer.

For the planning the member will regularly ask the children what they would like to do and get the resources required.

The drop point for before school club is at the main entrance where there is a door bell. For the after school club come down the side passage and at the gate there is a bell, press and a member of staff will come to you. If the gate is open, come through the gate and walk passed the hall and press the bell on the blue double doors on your right.

We open for before school club at 7.30am until school starts, that costs £5.00 per child. After school club is straight from school. 3:15pm until 5.00pm is £10.00, 3:15pm until 5:30pm is £13.50 and 3:15pm until 5.45pm is £15.00 per child.
