Traineeships

A traineeship is a course with work experience that helps you gain the skills and experience you need to progress on to an apprenticeship or other paid employment. Traineeships last a minimum of six months and include a work experience placement, as well as English and Maths support (if required).

These courses are unpaid and aimed at young people aged 16-25 who are qualified below Level 3 and are unemployed, with little or no work experience.
