Sarah Louise Street: Sarah's Little Angels
We are a small family setting which has evolved from childminding into childcare on domestic premises since 2010, however we still very much follow the ethos of childminding.
As a small homely setting we can offer a comfortable happy environment to your child with lots to stimulate their learning and development. We have a small team of 5 staff who offer excellent quality of care and teaching. All staff are first aid trained and have a safeguarding awareness.
As well as a beautiful stimulating environment within the home, benefitting from 2 large playrooms and a separate dining area we also have a designated quiet area for babies and we enjoy regular trips out with the children to parks, play centres, library etc.
We are a member of the Stockport childminding network we keep fully up to date with training and changes within childcare.

As a setting we aim to offer an inclusive environment for all individual children.
We aim to follow the requirements of the EYFS (2014) and the Childcare Register (2012) and provide an inclusive environment for ALL Children and their families.
I am also required to comply with the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 and the SEND (Special Educational Needs Disabilities) Code of Practice 2014.
We acknowledge that transition may be more distressing for a child with additional needs and we work hard to ensure we create a homely environment for children with regular settling in sessions with parents where we gather as much information as possible about your child to ensure a smooth transition into our setting.
We work hard with parents and outside areas to support transitions in to new settings by welcoming visits from new providers to see them in a familiar environment and to take time to talk to their key worker and talk through their Learning Journey and pass on detailed information to new settings i.e. Pre-schools/Schools.
We have worked alongside Portage to support a child who has been given action plans and guided our assessment of the child to work in conjunction with the targets set for the child through Portage.
