Housing Support Hub
An access referral and placement service for vulnerable people age 16 and older who require assistance to prevent homelessness and to understand and enhance independent living skills. Support can include resettlement support or to respond to a particular problem. The assessment is holistic and aims to understand barrriers to independence.

Housing Support Hub is the primary access to support services which have over 1,000 support places delivered by 23 different agencies. Of these some can be delivered to people in their own homes as well as offering residential places in more specialist provision such as, homeless hostels and residential services for people with a mental illness and people with addictions.
