Aiming High Short Breaks Service

The Aiming High Short Breaks Team provides a range of activities for children and young people with a disabilities and additional needs, from aged 4 up to their 18th birthday. 

How can you access this service?
Accessing Aiming High is a straightforward process. Your child must:  Be a resident of Stockport, Must be under 18 years of age, Must have a recently updated EHA (Early Help Assessment) and must have a diagnosed disability.  

This EHA form is submitted to the children and young people’s disability partnership and the short breaks will give parents/carers a call and send a letter about potential activities their child could access.
