SEND: Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA)

A Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) is a review of the current and future health and social care needs of a defined community. Stockport has recently published a JSNA for its population aged 0 to 25 living with Special Educational Needs and Disability. It includes recommendations which will help us to plan services based on the needs we have identified.
