Children Leaving Care

Stockport Family has a leaving care team who offer support to young people as they make the transition from being in the care of the local authority to independence.

The Leaving Care Team offers support to young people who have left the care of Stockport Council up to the age of 25 years.

We also want to be there for you should you ever need our help and advice, no matter how long ago you left care. We would like you to sign up to our Lifelong Champion scheme (PDF 177Kb).
