Families of school-age children who are eligible for income-based Free School Meals will receive a £20 voucher per eligible child to help with the costs of food, utilities and other winter essentials. The vouchers are being sent out to coincide with the half term school holiday.
Families do not need to do anything to apply and will automatically receive a voucher for any child where there is a current income-based free schools meals claim.
Where we hold an email address for families vouchers will be issued using the PayPoint system and vouchers will be sent direct from PayPoint to the primary email address for the family. All vouchers will be sent by Friday 13th Feb and must be redeemed within 3 weeks of issue. Any unredeemed vouchers will expire after 3 wks to allow funds to be re-invested.
Where we do not hold an email an Aldi Supermarket voucher will be posted, subject to receipt of vouchers from Aldi these will be sent out on Friday 13th Feb in first class post.
