We want everyone to have good mental health and wellbeing and there are many things you can do to look after yourself and help improve your wellbeing.  If you need more support to improve your wellbeing, there are services in Stockport to help you.

What is Wellbeing?

Wellbeing means:

Being happy and confident and not anxious or depressed

Having the ability to problem-solve, manage emotions, experience empathy, being resilient and attentive

Having good relationships with others and not having behavioural problems – that is, not being disruptive, violent or a bully.
