Preparing for Adulthood: Survival Guide

From reviewing our Local Offer we know that information about growing up and preparing for adulthood in Stockport isn’t as up to date as it needs to be. A group of us, including parent carers and young people, are now looking into the content so we can improve it for families. In the meantime here are some really valuable links.
